A simple deal: a fee to build it, a royalty to prove it.

You pay a project fee for the formulation work. We deliver the prototypes, the specs, and the CoMan coordination — and take a small royalty on what we help create. Our incentives are pointed at the same thing yours are: a product that sells.

We pressure-test the concept, the category, and the goal — then scope the work and the timeline.

Formulate & Prototype

Actives, doses, flavor, and format. We build real prototypes and iterate in the lab until it's right.

Deliver & Refine

You get prototypes, specs, and rationale. We refine against your feedback and market reality.

CoMan Handoff

We package it into a build sheet, coordinate the manufacturer, and stay on to protect the formula at scale.
